JANE LADIK,
MASTER ICONOGRAPHER
Ms. Ladik's work can be seen in Churches throughout the Dioceses of Dallas, Ft Worth, New Mexico, France and Africa. Her icons can also be found in private collections across the world.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of North Texas, Ms. Ladik received a double minor in Philosophy and Religious Studies. Her discovery of Iconography gave her the opportunity to marry these two loves.
Her Journey into iconography begin in 1991 under the tutelage of Orthodox Iconographer, Mr. Phil Zimmerman of Latrobe, Pennsylvania. She furthered her studies under another Orthodox iconographer, Ms. Jackie Nelson of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Ms. Nelson led Ms. Ladik into the world of egg tempera.
Today Ms. Ladik creates icons in both egg tempera and guache as well as giving lectures and teaching classes on iconography. She welcomes your commission of an icon of your choosing. To begin the conversation, please contact Ms. Ladik by either email or phone.

The Holy Family
All Saints
Weatherford, Texas
Members of the Congregation of All Saints, Weatherford, Texas, dedicated this group of Saints to be a lasting memorial to Church and family members.
I was very blessed to work with them. The icons were fashioned to fit their sixteenth century Rood Screen that separates the sanctuary from the Nave.

The Icon of the Holy Family was commissioned at the same time. It serves as a place of devotion and prayer for the congregation.
